Congratulations Tabitha, Pi Phi Fellowship Recipient


On April 12, 2008 Tabita Epperson recieved a call that she was a recipent of a Pi Beta Phi Foundation fellowship to continue her education at the University of South Carolina ’s doctoral program in sociology.
Just a litte about Tabitha:
Pledge class of ’03. Completed two bachelors in history and political science with a Spanish minor from USM in 2006. Continued with a masters in cultural anthropology and sociology minor, which she will complete this summer. She is a graduate assistant with the Luckyday Foundation Citizenship Scholars Program; She was a Luckyday and McNair scholar as an undergraduate. She is active in community service as a Girl Scout troop leader in Hattiesburg and through Neighbors at Hawkins. She plans on researching sibling relationships during her doctoral program at at the University of South Carolina, starting in August in Columbia , SC.
